He is known mostly in America, because of his digital work, creating covers for DC Comics, (see last image below). Note his use of line, and colour.

The image above is an example of his digital work, for DC Comics. I really like the comic style, so naturally this is something that interests me.
I used some elements of James's work, as part of one of my final pieces. I took his usage of colour, as well as his usage of thin line art, and used it to my advantage.
